Tonja’s Place supports employed single parents who are experiencing transportation barriers and are working toward long-term stability.

Eligible participants may receive reliable vehicle assistance, short-term auto insurance support, and practical transportation and insurance education.

Our application is private and takes just a few minutes to complete.

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be the primary custodial parent or legal guardian of at least one child under 18
• Be currently employed
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a demonstrated transportation need
• Reside within Tonja’s Place service area
• Be willing and able to participate in the program and maintain required documentation

Eligibility is determined through the application and review process. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee program acceptance or assistance.
